Based on practical experience, many Vietnamese contractors have defeated foreign competitors to obtain large-scale projects, but then still need to hire foreign experts to fill important core positions in the project.
For Longcheng Airport, the question is how to consider the “localization” rate of human resources for the project. Mr. Chung believes that the contractor segment, which includes many Vietnamese businesses, will bring opportunities to the Vietnamese people.

“The joint venture has many such Vietnamese contractors, so I believe they will not let Turkish companies decide everything,” Mr. Chung said.
