The bank will be responsible for corporate income tax, and the remaining costs (including fees, charges, taxes…) will be paid by the buyer. The winning bidder will handle the name change registration procedures on his own in accordance with the regulations of the state agencies.

Within 7 working days, if the winning bidder/institution (with the highest purchase price) purchases and liquidates the car, it must contact Standard Chartered Bank to handle the purchase and liquidation procedures in accordance with regulations. If no contact is made within the specified time, the Asset Liquidation Committee will select the individual/organization with the second lowest winning bid, similar to the individual/organization in third order.
