ZetaChain integrates with DEX Curve to support native Bitcoin exchange

Currently, both projects are proposing rewards for contributors and providing growth mechanisms for partnerships.

On January 3, ZetaChain announced its integration with DEX Curve to help users convert native BTC and access Omnichain’s asset pool.

With this handshake, Curve’s trading volume is expected to grow strongly while providing new collateral types for crvUSD, Bitcoin, and thus a more seamless trading environment in this space.

Currently, the time for Curve to be integrated into the ZetaChain mainnet has not yet been determined. However, according to the announcement, both projects will propose rewards for contributors and introduce growth mechanisms for partners.

It is understood that ZetaChain is a Layer 1 blockchain platform using full-chain technology – a complete cross-chain solution that can help users complete all steps in one process. In addition to supporting the EVM blockchain, ZetaChain also allows transactions on blockchains that do not support smart contracts, such as Bitcoin or Dogecoin.

As for Curve, it is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that aims to become the leading stablecoin swap platform in DeFi. Curve is considered a low-cost floor with minimal price slippage. This is because automated market maker (AMM) tools use pricing algorithms rather than order books.

The exchange was founded in January 2020 by Michael Egorov, a Ph.D. in physics. Curve is currently becoming one of the major decentralized exchanges on the Ethereum blockchain.
