Solana’s Mixmob launches R2E game ahead of airdrop, offering exclusive benefits for Saga

Crypto gaming startup Mixmob has released its first Solana-based game. Racer 1 will offer players a card-driven strategic racing experience where players can place bets on races or enter and win races and earn tokens (Race-to-Earn – R2E). The launch event comes ahead of Mixmob’s planned airdrop of tokens to the community.

according to lightweight paper In-game, Racer 1 is an R2E racing game where players also have the option to stake (or lock) their MXM tokens. The game can be played on iOS and Android devices, as well as through the Solana Saga desktop and smartphone web browsers.

In the robot sci-fi world of “Racer 1”, players can own and compete with MixBots. These MixBots are represented by Solana NFT, and each robot has different abilities. As players compete, viewers can use the esports league’s MXM governance token to unlock premium items or support their favorite players by purchasing gifts.

Plans for public sale of bundles including Mixbot NFT and MXM tokens, among other benefits plan January 11th.

Racer 1 has two tokens: MXM and SUD. According to the project’s brief, owning MXM enables revenue sharing, referral rewards, and the ability to vote on the game’s future governance decisions. SUD, on the other hand, is a token that can be earned by winning games or purchased from Racer 1. SUD can be used to collect NFT or MXM tokens, but cannot be traded outside the game’s ecosystem.

In addition, Mixmob CEO Simon Vieira said in the message that the company will airdrop MXM to active community members and players who play Racer 1 and use the racing, recommendation, staking and betting functions. Mixbots NFT owners will also be included in the airdrop program.

“Our goal is to reward our backers over the past two years and drive the utility of NFTs and NFT gaming,” Vieira explained.

Since Racer 1 is built on Solana, the Mixmob team also decided to offer exclusive benefits to Solana Saga mobile users. They can join a variety of other programs that offer unique benefits.

Saga owners will be included in the exclusive airdrop program and allowed to participate in Saga’s exclusive Racer 1 tournament, which is scheduled to launch in the first quarter of this year, with additional games that Vieira said are “only possible with Saga” mechanism.
